Delivery will be through courier service and to expedite the process extra charges will be taken. We mostly use DHL and FedEx. Tracking details will be given after handing over the package to courier service.
Client can track their orders and we are bound to send tracking details to every client.
Delayed orders can be handle with more care. Due to delayed client might file a dispute with PayPal therefore once a dispute is filed we cannot send tracking detail to client instead we will send it to PayPal dispute center for confirmation of client wordings of Item not received and for the confirmation of our wordings that it’s been a delayed and item have been dispatched.
Damage done by Courier Service during delivery process will be handled by Xpertsolutionsinc.com because it’s not client fault and we will give you damage Item refund as per Terms & Condition. Almost 50% refund will be given but if client is unable to provide the proof of damages then we will have to wait until specific proof will be given.
Also, we can revise the order if client wants and send the package again without any cost.
